If you want to become a Movie Star or Actor in BitLife, you will need to start at the young age of eight. At the age of eight, Acting Lessons will unlock under the Mind and Body tab. But before taking lessons, you will first need to ensure your character has high looks by re-rolling. Re-rolling is simple: just create new characters until you get decent stats.
Starting Classes
Keep re-rolling until you get decent looks, then focus on aging up to age eight. At age eight, you will need to find the Mind and Body tab under Activities. Under Mind and Body, you will need to find the Lessons tab. You can then find Acting Lessons by clicking the Lessons Tab. Click on the Acting Lessons option, and you will ask your mother if you can start them.
Keep in mind that there is a pretty decent chance she will refuse. Should that happen, just keep asking after aging up, or restart your character. More often than not, the best option will be to re-create your character to save time.
Raising your Acting skill
After recreating your character, follow the same steps until you manage to start Acting Lessons. Once you start Acting Lessons, continue your playthrough as you would if you started other lessons. In short, this means keep practicing and taking Acting Lessons. You can continue to practice by finding the Acting Lessons tab again under Mind and Body.
The goal is to raise your Acting skill to the highest level possible, as your parents will stop paying for lessons after high school. Your skill gain will also slow down, so it’s best to try to practice at least four times a year before aging up.
You can also try practicing every year until the skill bar stops going up. When the skill bar stops moving, age up and try again. Doing so should raise your skill to as close to full as possible. Once your skill is high, you will be ready to start pursuing a career as a Movie Star or Actor.
Becoming a Movie Star or Actor
However, the process for becoming a Movie Star and Actor in Bitlife has changed. Before, players could apply to a Voiceover Acting job, and that would be it. But this is no longer the case, and the process now involves hiring Talent Agents and applying for auditions.
Start by first getting a small job to raise enough money to hire a Talent Agent. Hiring a Talent Agent usually isn’t too expensive, so any small or part-time job will be enough. Once you have enough money, you can hire an Agent. After hiring an Agent, you can then use your Agent to apply to auditions under the Actor tab in Special Careers.
Under the Actor tab, you can apply to both movie roles and television roles. Keep applying to either one, and you can eventually become an Actor or Movie Star.
