The Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 3 Battle Pass brings us another item we can build. Last season it was our own skin, and this season it is our own Umbrella Glider. You won’t just be able to put all the pieces together right away, but this season works a little differently to last season. Customization is broken up into two sections, Parts and Colors.
You can access the Build-A-Brella options from the main Battle Pass screen. It is located at the top right of the screen.
How to unlock Parts
To unlock Parts, you will need to level up your Battle Pass. You will unlock options for the following parts at these levels:
- Topper – Level 15 – 11 optionsShaft – Level 35 – 8 optionsCanopy – Level 55 – 10 optionsBottom Cap – Level 75 – 9 optionsTrail Effect color – Level 95
How to unlock Colors
Colors can be unlocked by complete challenges. A new challenge will become available each week at the below dates:
- Topper Color – June 25Shaft Color – July 2Canopy Primary Color – July 9Bottom Cap Color – July 16Canopy Secondary Color – July 23
Each color option gives 15 set colors, or the ability to do a custom color if you prefer. After you pick each Part and Color, you have the option to finalize it. It is best to wait and see exactly what kind of Umbrella you wish to build with all the options before you commit, so just leave them all until you unlock the final customization option.
