At a quick glance, Bramblin may not look like a Pokémon. In fact, it looks like a tumbleweed. A very spiky, yet cute in a strange way, tumbleweed. This little species loves to roll, something you’ll notice if you’re ever trying to track down. With our guide, we’ll show you where to head to to catch Bramblin in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. This way, you can have this distinctive companion rolling at your side.

How to Catch Bramblin in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Bramblin is certainly an interesting companion to find. In the game, they’re noted to have once been a person whose soul couldn’t move on in the afterlife. Instead, they were blown around in the wind and tangled up with dried grass, thus becoming Bramblin. Quite a unique backstory for a tiny creature.

Just our luck then that we can find and catch Bramblin in more than one location in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. In fact, you can head to either the west side or the east side of the map and have a good chance of encountering one or several. Check out below the precise areas where you can find Bramblin:

  • Asado Desert
  • East Province (Area Three)

To get Bramblin in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you have to catch up to them first. As a tumbleweed, the Grass/Ghost-type Bramblin is almost constantly on the move. However, this movement also makes them more noticeable. So, when you head to one of the above-mentioned areas, you should quickly notice some of these creatures blowing about. You can track them down at all hours during the day too.

Where to Find Lechonk in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

In the game, Bramblin starts out with decent stats for a dual-type:

  • HP: 40
  • Attack: 65
  • Defense: 30
  • Special Attack: 45
  • Special Defense: 35
  • Speed: 60

When you catch Bramblin in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you can evolve them into Brambleghast who remains the same dual-type. To do so, simply keep Bramblin out in “Let’s Go” mode. They’re a fun companion to travel with, considering how they look, so evolving them takes little time. Simply walk around 1,000 steps and then level up.

Now that you know where to look for Bramblin and how to evolve them, you can get to work on adding this cool-looking Pokémon to your Pokédex.
