To change your diet, you will need to visit the mind and body tab under activities. There you will find a tab called diet, and if you want to change your character’s diet you will need to click this tab. Afterward, a pop-up with a list of various diets will appear, and picking one of the diets from this list will change your diet.

However, before choosing a new diet, you will need to consider a few things. The first is that diets cost money to maintain, so you will need to make sure you have a steady income. You will also need money in the bank before you can change diets. Next is that some diets increase health while others decrease it.
