To earn Darktide Twitch Drops, you must first link your game account with your Twitch account. You can start linking your Darktide game account with your Twitch by going to the official Darktide Twitch Drops page. To link your game account, you must either log into your Steam account or Windows account. The account you use depends on where you play the game, so if you are trying to play Darktide on the Xbox Game Pass, you must use a Windows account.

The same goes for playing on a Steam account, where you must link your Steam account to earn your Twitch Drops. After linking your Windows/Steam account, you must link your Twitch account by logging in, and clicking confirm. Afterward, you can claim all of your Twitch drops for Darktide by watching 30 minutes of a Stream with drops enabled for Darktide, You must also watch streams on the days that Darktide Twitch drops are released, or you will miss out on certain Twitch Drops. How to claim Twitch Drops for Darktide

To claim Twitch Drops for Darktide, you must first watch a stream with drops enabled for Darktide. You can find a stream with drops enabled by looking at all Darktide streams on Twitch and choosing one with the tag Drops Enabled. When you find a random stream or your preferred streamer, just watch for 30 minutes per Twitch Drop. Afterward, you can claim your drops by viewing the Drop event or Drop inventory on Twitch and clicking claim.
