The Chasm’s Bounty is a World Quest that can be accepted from Muning at the entrance of The Chasm after completing the Says He Who Seeks Stones World Quest and trading six more Archaic Stones with him. After giving him all nine Archaic Stones, a blue exclamation mark will appear over his head. Speaking to him will initiate The Chasm’s Bounty.
Your goal is to look for a missing miner named Qi Ding. The quest marker won’t tell you where he is, so reference the image below to find him.
It’s easier to get there from the Teleport Waypoint in The Glowing Narrows below. Qi Ding is facing the edge of a cliff, across a Time Trial Challenge. After speaking with Qi Ding, you’ll be teleported to the camp in the Underground Mine. He’ll insist that you find a doll that he purchased for his daughter.
Follow the quest marker northwest of the Stony Halls and defeat the two Rifthound Whelps in the area. Be careful about the Oozing Concretions, which you should dispel with the Lumenstone Adjuvant to preserve your Energy. After defeating them, interact with the nearby crate to read a note written by Qi Ding.
A little girl named Qi Nan, who claims to be Qi Ding’s daughter, will appear nearby. After speaking with her, follow the quest marker to the north of the Nameless Ruins. It’s easier to get there from the Teleport Waypoint in the Stony Halls as opposed to the Underground Waterway.
Defeat the Rifthounds surrounding Qi Nan to prompt a dialogue with her. Then, follow the quest marker straight ahead to find a glowing Investigate spot containing the doll that Qi Ding is looking for. The Investigate spot is located around the Underwater Waterway area, but don’t teleport to the nearby Teleport Waypoint. It’s faster to run straight ahead!
Once you obtain the doll, head to the entrance of The Chasm in Liyue (where Muning is located) and speak to Qi Ding. After, speak to Muning to complete the World Quest.
