You can complete the Medical Mule mission in Warzone 2 DMZ by delivering  20 Stims and 10 Emergency Rations to the drop location right of the Sa’id City Mall, in sector D6 of the map. Then you must collect 5 Self Revives and extract them from the mission area. Here are the steps you need to follow.

  • Once you have accepted the mission, Launch the game in DMZ mode and go to the  Al Sammam Cemetry.
  • Collect 20 Stims. You can find Stims in Medicine Cabinets and any bathrooms.
  • Collect  10 Emergency Rations. They are primarily available inside refrigerators. Generally, every house has a fridge. If you need to find them quickly, check inside the Yum Yum burger Restaurant.
  • Once you have collected enough medical supplies, deliver them to the drop location.
