Craft a Potion of Fire Resistance - Step by Step
To make a Potion of Fire Resistance, you’ll need a Brewing Stand, Nether Wart, Blaze Powder, Water, Glass Bottles, and the most important ingredient, Magma Cream.
First, you’ll need to brew an Awkward Potion. To do this, place Nether Wart in the top slot of the brewing stand, and water bottles in the bottom. Make sure you have enough fuel from blaze powder to brew the potion!
Once you’ve brewed an Awkward potion, it’s time to add the Magma Cream. Place the Magma Cream into the top slot, to add it to the awkward potions. You’ve now successfully crafted a Potion of Fire Resistance!
How to enhance Potion of Fire Resistance
From here there are a few things you can do to enhance your Potion of Fire Resistance. If you add Redstone to the potion, in the same way you added Magma Cream, you can extend the duration to eight minutes. This is great for extended trips to The Nether.
Alternatively, you can add gunpowder to make Splash Potions of Fire Resistance. These are perfect if you’re playing with friends and need to save one from a fiery demise!
