The small debris-wrapped Burmy has a total of four different potential forms after evolving (though three of them are the same Pokémon) and it evolves at a low level, making it and its evolutions a sweet target for Star Ranking points.

Burmy evolves slightly differently in Legends: Arceus compared to previous games, but no need for concern—it’s easier than ever to get all three forms of Wormadam from evolving Burmy. Mothim is also there for everyone who remembers that Burmy evolves into Mothim.

Burmy’s evolutions

Plant-cloak Wormadam

Plant-cloak Wormadam is a Bug-Grass type that evolves from a plant-cloaked female Burmy in any location. These green friends can be found by looting shaking trees in the Obsidian Fieldlands. It evolves at level 20.

Sandy-cloak Wormadam

Sandy-cloak Wormadam is a Bug-Ground type that evolves from a sandy-cloaked female Burmy in any location. You can pick up one of these dusty bugs by looting shaking trees in the Crimson Mirelands. It evolves at level 20.

Trash-cloak Wormadam

Trash-cloaked Wormadam is a Bug-Steel type that evolves from a trash-cloaked female Burmy in any location. These pink wonders can be encountered by looting shaking trees in the Cobalt Coastlands. It evolves at level 20.

Mothim

Any type of male Burmy will evolve into Mothim at level 20 regardless of their type of cloak. Mothim is a Bug-Flying type.
